Two paintings on view at Art Students League Sept 2015. A view of downtown Manhattan from the roof of a 12 story building in 1989 (40×48) and a view from the same roof in 2014 (40×58). At 97 Ruta still has the energy of an outdoor painter but this year the roof is closed for repairs.
