The garden on calle Dr Navarro opposite the Sto Domingo Church in
San Cristobal las Casas, painted in 1974 while painter’s youngest daughter and mother rested after late February birth, in the home of Lisa Kleinfeld,librarian and all around kind soul. The child was named Vanessa. In the neighborhood they called her Mayonesa.
